Hi, My name is Zelma. I am originally from Brazil but live in Loughrea.

I started in Mulberry in October 2021, as the evening chef, but I often help out in the mornings. I have many years experience in food preparation from Brazil where I worked as a Chef Assistant.

I enjoy working in Mulberry and seeing all the little children each day.
